By accessing or using Silicon Bali, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Silicon Bali.

To access Silicon Bali features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.

Membership is by invitation only. You may join using a valid invite code from an existing member or by applying for membership review.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in termination.

Silicon Bali uses a token-based wallet system. Tokens can be purchased using real currency through our payment processor (Stripe).

All token purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the platform.

Token balances may expire or be forfeited if your account is terminated for violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify token pricing, exchange rates, and wallet features with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for all transactions made from your wallet. Review all payments before confirming.

Silicon Bali facilitates event creation and registration between members. We are not the organizer of third-party events.

Event hosts are responsible for the accuracy of event information, fulfillment of event promises, and compliance with local laws.

Event registrations are subject to the refund and cancellation policies set by each event host.

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of events listed on the platform.

By registering for an event, you agree to any additional terms set by the event host.

We reserve the right to remove events that violate our community guidelines or these terms.

Members may earn rewards by referring new members to Silicon Bali using their unique referral code or QR code.

Referral rewards are credited when the referred member completes registration and meets eligibility requirements.

Self-referrals, fake accounts, and referral fraud are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of rewards and possible account termination.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

Referral rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Disputes regarding referral rewards will be resolved at our sole discretion.

You agree to use Silicon Bali only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You may not use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm other members.

You may not post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems.

You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform without our permission.

You may not use the platform for spam, phishing, or distribution of malware.

You may not impersonate other members, staff, or third parties.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account termination.

Silicon Bali and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Silicon Bali and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create and post on the platform, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute Silicon Bali content without our express written permission.

Silicon Bali is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of third parties, including event hosts and other members.

We do not endorse or guarantee any events, products, or services offered by members.

Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silicon Bali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silicon Bali, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

This includes any claims by third parties related to events you host or content you post.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@siliconbali.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Silicon Bali shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bali, Indonesia.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Silicon Bali.
